Victoria’s and Carr Haus menus were experiments in changing my voice.

Victoria’s was a theoretical bar meant to evoke a sense of rustic sophistication. In comparison, Carr Haus was a café on campus that was a place of gathering for students. I wanted to create a piece that reflected the mood of the café.
